Big Red. Gin
square1gin.com.au Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Square 1's Big Red Gin is built on a unique red juniper that lends unexpected red-fruit complexity, joined by savoury overtures of cardamom, olive leaf and almond. Coriander, angelica root, pink peppercorn and cassia add depth while golden berries, lime and bilberry carry fresh Adelaide Hills fruit. Red juniper is the showpiece here — a fascinating starting point if you want to push a gin somewhere unexpected.
