Berkeley Square

A delicately spiced gin from Greenall's master distiller Joanne Simcock, inspired by an English physic garden. A base of juniper, coriander, angelica and cubeb berries is given a fresh, herbaceous lift with basil, sage, French lavender and kaffir lime leaves, the botanicals steeped bouquet-garni style before a slow, gentle distillation. That basil — the king of herbs — adds peppery green-tea notes, a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
