Bedrock Gin
bedrockgin.co.uk Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
An English gin inspired by the Lake District, hydrated with water from the spring that feeds Ennerdale Water. It's distilled with juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, cassia, liquorice, nutmeg, cinnamon and, more unusually, Lake District oak bark. Oak bark brings an earthy, woody character you rarely see in a bill — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
