Bayswater Premium London Dry Gin
bayswatergin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Based on a wheat neutral spirit and redistilled in a stainless steel pot still at London's Thames Distillery, this classic London dry uses nine botanicals: juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root, orange peel, lemon peel, liquorice, cassia and nutmeg. Cassia lends a warm, sweet-spice depth that rounds out the citrus and root notes — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
