adnams.co.uk Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Adnams Rising Sun Gin is based on malt spirit made from rye grown by Jonathan Adnams at his farm in Reydon, close to the distillery. It is distilled with Japanese macha tea, lemongrass, juniper, orange peel, ginger, grains of paradise, cubeb and angelica for a refreshing, aromatic style. Best served with a good tonic and ginger and lime zest. Grassy macha tea is a hero botanical to make your own gin sing. 42%.
