Walter Hill 01

Queensland Distillery Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery

Built on the bones of Queensland Dry — Brisbane's most-awarded gin — and pulled into local territory: lemon-scented ironbark, native pepperberry, coastal mandarin. Named for Walter Hill, the Scottish horticulturist who catalogued Queensland's flora in the colonial botanic gardens. Bright, resinous, and unmistakably from here.
