Storytellers Distillery's Volume 1 layers classic gin botanicals with uniquely Australian ingredients. Juniper, orris and coriander seed form the backbone; whole lemon, green cardamom and just-ripe strawberry lift the aroma. Native strawberry gum, saltbush, muntries and native pepperberry add depth and a real sense of place, giving bright citrus, soft berry sweetness and a clean, lingering finish.
