Square Mile Gin
cityoflondondistillery.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
From the City of London Distillery — the only distillery operating in the City's famous ‘Square Mile' — this aptly named gin launched in 2014. The botanicals infuse in neutral spirit for eighteen hours before distillation, taking in juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, lemon, orange and liquorice. Orris root acts as a fixative that binds the bouquet together — a quiet hero to reach for when you build your own bill.
