Seven Crofts
highlandliquorcompany.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
From the Highland Liquor Company, Seven Crofts pours from a tall, fluted bottle inspired by old genever flasks but holds a traditional London dry inside. Seven botanicals make the cut: juniper, angelica root, coriander seeds, cubeb pepper, pink peppercorn, cardamom and fresh lemon peel. Cubeb pepper adds a warm, piney spice with a tail of heat — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
