Rutte Dry Gin
rutte.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
A classically styled distilled dry gin from Rutte, flavoured with eight botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, cassia, bitter and sweet orange peel and fennel. Balanced and traditional, it's a true London dry in spirit if not in name. GinSchool discovery: cassia is a close cousin of cinnamon with a sharper, spicier bite — a warming bark to reach for when you build your own bill.
