A Black Forest gin distilled with juniper, hand-picked spruce needles, lavender, ginger, lemon, orange, pimento and cinnamon. Each botanical is distilled separately and the distillates then blended, giving precise control over every note. Fresh spruce needles lend a green, alpine resinous lift — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
