Martin Miller's Gin

martinmillersgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

First launched in 1999, Martin Miller's Gin is distilled by traditional pot maceration in Langley, England, then shipped to Iceland to be blended with cucumber and glacial spring water. Its botanicals include juniper, cassia bark, orris, liquorice root, coriander, angelica, ground nutmeg, cinnamon bark and citrus peel, with cucumber added after. GinSchool tip: cucumber lends a cool, clean freshness, and adding it post-distillation keeps that crisp, watery character that heat would otherwise strip away.
