Hapusa Himalayan Dry Gin

naospirits.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

Distilled in India with juniper foraged near the Himalayan snow line, Hapusa takes its name from the Sanskrit word for juniper. Its nine botanicals draw on local terroir — coriander seed, earthy turmeric, gondhoraj (a fragrant cousin of kaffir lime), mango, ginger, cardamom and almond. Gondhoraj is the standout — an intensely aromatic lime note that shows how a single regional citrus can give your own gin a real sense of place.
