Gin Piùcinque

PiùCinque — 'plus five' in Italian — nods to the five Italian botanicals that make up half its ten-strong bill: juniper, artesima, almond, ginger root, zedoary, orris root, angelica, citrus extracts, sage and bergamot. The first release from Threespirits, founded by three friends bound by good drinking and good company. Layered, spiced and distinctly Italian. Zedoary, a wild ginger relative, lends an earthy, aromatic bite — one to reach for when you build your own bill.
