Pronounced: 'Mar-Ray' and made in a 19th Century chapel on the outskirts of Barcelona in the small Spanish fishing town on the Costa Dourada (Litrally 'golden coast'). This Mediterranean gin is flavoured with botanicals from the region: Arbequina olives, rosemary, basil and thyme along with more traditional gin botanicals: juniper, coriander, cardamom and citrus (a blend of Seville oranges, lemons and mandarins). The citrus botanicals are macerated in clay jars for a year while the other botanicals are macerated separately for over 36 hours and individually distilled before the six distillatio
