Geranium London Dry Gin

geraniumgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

Created by Dane Henrik Hammer, who chose geranium as a flavour because its leaves reminded him of a gin and tonic itself — their oils (geraniol, linalool, rose oxide) echo those in fruits and spices. Made at the Thames Distillery in London, it pairs the fresh Danish-grown geranium with juniper, coriander, lemon peel, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark and liquorice, plus secret botanicals bringing the total to ten. Geranium lends a green, rosy lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
