Fishers Gin
fishersgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Fishers Gin is distilled on the Suffolk coast using rare English herbs and botanicals foraged along the shoreline by botanist James Firth. Coastal finds like rock samphire, wood aven root, spignel and bog myrtle join traditional juniper, coriander seed, orris root, cardamom, caraway seed, fennel seed, angelica, orange peel and lemon peel. Salty and herbaceous, rock samphire is a hero botanical to reach for when you want a true taste of the coast in your own bill.
