Impression Bay Distillery's First Impression is a London Dry-style gin made on the Tasman Peninsula, marrying traditional botanicals with expressive Tasmanian natives and pure Tasmanian rainwater. Juniper, cardamom, coriander, star anise and orris form the base, joined by vapour-infused kunzea, saltbush and mountain pepperberry for a bold, spicy palate with malty aromas. Awarded at the 2020 IWSC. Vapour-infused kunzea is an aromatic hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
