Diplome Dry Gin

diplomedrygin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

Classified as a London dry, Diplome Dry Gin is distilled in Dijon, France to an original 1945 recipe with botanicals sourced from Europe and Morocco: juniper, coriander, whole lemons, orange peel, angelica, saffron, orris root and fennel seed. The botanicals macerate in sugar-beet alcohol for four days before a small pot-still run. That golden saffron is a luxurious hero botanical to experiment with when you make your own gin sing.
