Daffy's Small Batch Premium Gin
daffysgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Daffy's is built on a French wheat neutral spirit, redistilled in an ancient copper pot still with botanicals including Lebanese mint, juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, orris root, lemon and orange peels, then reduced with Scottish water. The 'Daffy' figurehead on the label was painted in 2014 by Robert McGinnis. That fresh Lebanese mint is the signature hero — a cooling lift to chase when you make your own gin.
