City of London Dry Gin
City of Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Distilled in two copper pot stills in the heart of the City of London, this dry gin draws on seven botanicals: juniper, angelica, liquorice, coriander seeds and a bright trio of fresh oranges, lemons and pink grapefruit. Each bottle is hand-bottled and labelled with its batch and bottle number. That pink grapefruit is the one to reach for when you want to lift a citrus-forward bill of your own.
