Cerise Gin from Bass & Flinders Distillery is a highly floral, juniper-forward pink gin built on sun-ripened cherry from the Mornington Peninsula, gently fruit-infused to draw colour and sweetness from the fruit itself. Juniper, raspberry, orange, hibiscus, native pepperberry and vanilla round it out, elegant and lush. The gentle fruit infusion of cherry is the technique to steal for your own gin — it lends natural ruby colour and sweetness without a drop of added sugar.
