Café del Mar Gin
cafedelmar.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Café del Mar Gin is distilled with seven botanicals: juniper, rose, blood orange, hibiscus, orris root, lemon and cinnamon. It's a warm, floral-citrus style that nods to its Ibiza-sunset namesake. The blood orange lends a deeper, almost berried citrus note — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
