Bunyip Sticky Gin
nosferatu.com.au Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Named for the elusive bush bunyip, Nosferatu's Bunyip Sticky Gin is distilled with quality juniper, lemon and lemon peel, coriander, cardamom, grains of paradise, wormwood and liquorice root — then blended back with unfermented pinot grigio grape juice. A modern take on the French 'mistelle', like a gin version of a Pineau des Charentes, it's delicious with cheese. Aromatic liquorice root lends a sweet, rounded depth — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own gin.
