Brentingby Gin
brentingbygin.co.uk Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Brentingby is named after the Leicestershire village where it's made, with several botanicals — rosehip, elderflower and birch — foraged from the surrounding countryside. Alongside essential juniper sit coriander, angelica, grapefruit and hibiscus. It's made by Bruce Midgley with master distiller Tom Nichol. Birch brings a green, wintergreen-like freshness — an unusual hero to reach for when you make your own gin.
