Rothwell Distillery's Tennis Gin is a light, refreshing pour built on fruit- and herb-forward botanicals: strawberry, apple and cucumber lifted by warm cardamom and coriander, with plenty of juniper holding the classic gin line. Crafted in Geelong and originally made for the founder's mum, it shines in a fruit-forward G&T. Strawberry brings a soft, summery sweetness — a hero to reach for when you build your own bill.
