Slingsby London Dry Gin
spiritofharrogate.co.uk Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Slingsby London Dry Gin, from Spirit of Harrogate, draws on locally sourced botanicals and Harrogate aquifer water: primrose, sweet cicely, nettle, rhubarb, milk thistle, rosehip and Taylors of Harrogate green tea and jasmine tea, over a grapefruit citrus base. Refreshing citrus gives way to juniper, then a smooth herbaceous sweetness led by sweet cicely. Sweet cicely offers a gentle aniseed sweetness — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
