The Melbourne Gin Company's Single Shot Gin is a full-flavoured, juniper-forward gin made in a single distillation from seven botanicals. Juniper leads, lifted by orange peel, cardamom, angelica root and bergamot, with lavender and Tasmanian leatherwood honey rounding out the citrus hit. That leatherwood honey adds a floral, golden sweetness — a distinctive touch to consider when you build your own bill.
