Pink Gin
antipodesgin.com Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
A rose-pink gin from Rocky Jones Distillery, crafted using both maceration and infusion. Its colour comes from organic grapefruit, pomegranate, blood orange, lemon and rose petals — already so packed with citrus there's no need to squeeze in more. Garnish lightly with cucumber and enjoy with tonic, in a cocktail or on the rocks. Bronze at the 2021 Australian Gin Awards. GinSchool discovery: rose petals lend both colour and a soft floral perfume — a romantic hero botanical for a naturally pink gin of your own.
