Made in small batches by Noosa Spirits Company from their shed on the outskirts of paradise, this is a gin built for long afternoons poolside. Juniper leads, joined by Queensland sugar cane, coriander seeds, hibiscus petals, cassia bark, green mango and Valencia orange at 40% ABV. Bright, sunny and easy-going. Hibiscus lends a tart, ruby-floral lift — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
