No.3 London Dry Gin
no3gin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Created for Berry Bros. & Rudd — named for their No.3 St James's Street home since 1698 — yet made in one of Holland's oldest distilleries. Aptly flavoured with three fruits and three spices: Italian juniper, sweet Spanish orange peel, grapefruit peel, angelica root, Moroccan coriander seeds and cardamom pods, steeped and distilled in copper pot stills. Bright grapefruit peel lifts the whole bill with a fresh, zesty edge — one to make your own gin sing.
