Little Bird London Dry Gin
sparrowgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Little Bird (Sparrow) London Dry Gin is conceived and distilled in South London at Thames Distillery for Tim Moore's Analogue Spirits. Built on a wheat grain spirit, it carries juniper, coriander, grapefruit, sweet orange peel, Ivory Coast ginger and almond, with several botanicals kept secret. GinSchool tip: Ivory Coast ginger lends a warm, peppery bite that lifts the citrus, a hero botanical when you want heat without overpowering your bill. The full recipe is undisclosed.
