Joadja Dry Gin is handcrafted in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, a juniper-forward London Dry that's light and floral with notes of spice, eucalypt and a citrus finish. Distilled through a Carter Head for a delicate spirit, it balances coriander, cardamom, aniseed, angelica and lemon myrtle with on-site spring water. Aniseed lends a sweet, liquorice-like lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
