Harbour Bridge Gin
hicksonhouse.com.au Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
A tribute to Sydney from Hickson House Distilling Co., Harbour Bridge takes the Harbour Strength base and layers in local botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, aniseed myrtle, bright lemon aspen and native lilly pilly. The result is an unmistakable juniper backbone softened by earthy citrus and a subtle berry sweetness, finishing deliciously dry and warm at 42%. Lilly pilly adds a soft native-berry lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
