Gun Club Gin
sunliquor.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Gun Club is a navy-strength gin double distilled from organic wheat in Sun Liquor's copper pot still and rested in steel before bottling, with fresh and dry botanicals steeped for 48 hours between the two runs. The thirteen-botanical bill features juniper, coriander seed, cassia bark, orris root, birch leaves, angelica root, fresh orange peel and organic cranberries. Tart cranberries are the wildcard — a fresh, fruity acidity worth borrowing when you want your own bill to pop.
