Greenhook Ginsmiths Gin

Made in Brooklyn by Steven DeAngelo on a copper pot still run under vacuum, so the botanicals distil gently at low temperature. The base is neutral spirit from organic New York State wheat, infused with juniper, elderflower, German chamomile, Ceylon cinnamon, blue ginger, orris root, orange and lemon peel. Chamomile is the quiet hero — soft, honeyed and apple-like, a floral note that brings real elegance when you build your own gin.
