Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin

In 2014, Jason Williams, then manager of Sydney's The Rock, told Cameron MacKenzie, the Four Pillars' distiller, he wanted a gin robust enough to shine in a Negroni. This is the result. Botanicals include Tasmanian pepperberry leaf, cinnamon, grains of paradise, organic blood oranges and ginger.
