Forbidden Fruit Gin | 700ml
bavaydistillery.com.au Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
A pink pomelo, elderflower and pink pepper gin from Bavay Distillery in Brisbane, built on a hundred-year-old wheat recipe in a copper pot still. Juicy pink grapefruit plays over essential juniper, with pink peppercorn lending a pine-like spice, softened by almond, orris and a sprinkle of musky elderflower. Elderflower brings a sweet, musky floral lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
