Cuckoo Gin
brindledistillery.co.uk Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Farm-distilled at Brindle Distillery using the farm's own grain and spring water, Cuckoo Gin draws on sixteen ethically sourced botanicals, including juniper, coriander, grapefruit peel, orange peel, cardamom, chamomile and cinnamon. Its name comes from a Brindle folktale about a wall built to keep the first cuckoo of spring. The soft, apple-like chamomile is a gentle floral hero to reach for in your own gin.
