Crafter's Gin Recipe No.23
craftersgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
This Estonian gin is flavoured with ten botanicals: juniper, veronica, fennel seeds, lime peel, grapefruit peel, cumin, aniseed, yarrow, oregano and mint. It's a herbaceous, garden-fresh style that leans well beyond the usual citrus-and-spice. The grassy, bittersweet yarrow is an unusual hero — one to experiment with when you build your own bill.
