Cotswolds Baharat Gin

cotswoldsdistillery.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

Bahārāt is the Arabic word for spices, and this Cotswolds Distillery gin takes its name from a warming blend: cardamom, cumin, clove, cinnamon, black pepper, chilli and orange, all layered over a classic base of juniper and coriander. It's rich, spice-forward and aromatic. The gentle chilli is the one to handle with care — a heat-bringing hero when you build your own gin.
