Distilled in Durham, North Carolina, Conniption Kinship takes its indigo hue from an infusion of butterfly pea flowers — mix it with citrus and it shifts from indigo to blue and pink as the pH changes. The base is vapour-distilled with juniper, coriander, cardamom, liquorice root, angelica root and bitter orange, with cold-distilled citrus, honeysuckle and cucumber blended in. Those butterfly pea flowers are the showstopper — a colour-changing hero for your own gin.
