Prohibition Liquor Co.'s Coastal Citrus Gin celebrates juniper's naval heritage, with a nose of salty ocean breeze giving way to native lime and seagrass. Juniper distilled by both maceration and vapour infusion builds depth, joined by lemon aspen, coriander, savoury sea parsley, lemon myrtle and Meyer lemon, into a salt-edged finish.
