Made using neutral spirit made at Rock Town Distillery, redistilled in a copper pot still with the botanical’s flavour added by vapour infusion. The six botanicals used are: juniper berries, angelica, cinnamon, anise, lemon and orange peels. The spirit’s vapours pass through a perforated basket filled with botanicals placed between the still and the condenser. Bottled by hand, signed and numbered.
