Belvoir Gin
Belvoir Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Released in 2019 and made at Brentingby Gin for Emma Manners, Duchess of Rutland and CEO of Belvoir Castle. It is distilled with eight botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, orange peel, fig, vanilla, chamomile and liquorice root. The fig is the unexpected hero here, lending a soft, jammy sweetness — one to reach for when you build your own bill.
