HM Gin (Hillmartin) of Plenty, Victoria, took their contemporary Orange Squeeze and aged it on oak for this golden, 50.7% ABV release. The nose carries zesty citrus with vanilla, oak, cinnamon and pepper; the palate runs dry with juniper, navel orange, spice, vanilla and smoky oak into a whisky-style finish. Navel orange is the juicy hero here — a generous dose brings rounded sweetness and zest to your own bill.
