Archie Rose Straight Dry Gin
Archie Rose Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
A cold-distilled dry gin from Archie Rose in Rosebery, Sydney, made with sustainably sourced local and Australian botanicals. A clean juniper base carries orris root and coriander seed, brightened by reclaimed Valencia orange zest and zesty lemon myrtle, with strawberry gum, pink peppercorn and Roman chamomile adding spice and softness. Lemon myrtle brings a lemon-sherbet lift — one to reach for when you build your own native bill.
