Five of the botanicals flavouring Adnams Copper House Distilled Gin are very traditional — juniper, orris root, coriander seed, cardamom and sweet orange peel — while a sixth, hibiscus flower, adds a contemporary floral note. The botanicals are infused overnight in the spirit before being re-distilled in a copper pot still. That floral hibiscus is a hero to play with when you make your own gin. 40%.
