An English navy-strength gin from Ableforth's, bottled at full proof and flavoured with a warming botanical basket. Juniper leads, joined by coriander, cardamom, cassia, orange peel and clove for a rich, spiced character. Each bottle is hand-wrapped in brown paper and finished with twine and wax. That sweet, woody cassia is a hero to reach for when you build your own bill. 57%.
