Made by The Canberra Distillery for cold Canberra nights, this Winter Gin starts with a lightly spiced gin infused with basil and sweetened after distillation for a heady, complex character. Ahead of the juniper base and the basil infusion you may find coriander, cardamom, cinnamon or tangelo — a combination that warms the soul, best enjoyed in a martini or with a dash of soda. That savoury basil infusion is a bold, unexpected hero to experiment with when you make your own gin.
